Social Studies

We started our Caribbean region which is technically part of the continent of North America, but for our purposes it is broken out.  Our exploration will take us around the islands to discover their climate, geography, governments, culture, and religion.  We are also following a new animal – a sea turtle names Reef Witherspoon.  Sadly the students did not catch on to the actress play on words.

Science

The third grade Scientists have begun to learn about animal adaptations.
