Important Dates:

January 21st: Math MAP testing
January 23rd-24th: Conferences are this week Thursday and Friday. Here is a link to sign-up for conferences if you haven’t already.
January 24th: NO SCHOOL
January 26th: All K-8 students will sing “My Jesus” by Anne Wilson on Sunday, Jan. 26 for National Lutheran Schools Week. At 8am the A-K families should come and at 9:30 am the L-Z families will worship. (Realizing some families have multiple last names, I encourage them to choose one of these services to attend)
January 26th-31st: National Lutheran Schools Week

Other Reminders:

January Reading Logs: Students should try to read for at least 20 minutes each day. They should record their minutes read on their reading calendar. If they meet the monthly goal of 350 minutes they will receive a gift certificate to Eaton's pizza and a small prize. If you need an extra copy, please let me know!
Chapel Offering: For the month of January, our school chapel offerings are supporting Family Sharing. In addition to the offering money collected each Wednesday, we are also looking for a few key items to support Family Sharing this season. They are looking for canned chicken, canned pineapple, canned peaches, oatmeal variety packs, and granola bar packs. Donations will be collected in the classroom throughout January.
