New News to Know

  • Please have your child to school at 6:15PM on Wednesday.  We will meet in the Family Life Center.  Please come to our table after the program to pick up your child. Thank you!
  •  “Stuff the Stocking” Sock Drive: Our Lutheran Junior Honor Association students are hosting a collection for Bob's Under the Bridge. They are collecting pairs of brand new socks. Collection will go until Wednesday December 18th. Our school goal is to collect 850 pairs of socks! 
  • First grade will be having a gift exchange on December 20. If you have a daughter, please buy a gift for a girl.  If you have a son, please buy a gift for a boy.  Gifts should be $7-$10.  Please let me know if this expense will not work for your family's budget. PLEASE HAVE THE GIFT AT SCHOOL WRAPPED BY FRIDAY, DECEMBER 13.
  • There are students who did not bring a gift in on Friday for our Classroom Gift Exchange.  If you are in need of assistance, please let me know.  I want all children to be able to participate.

Friendzy goal for November & December: TO LEARN TOOLS TO HELP ME WORK THROUGH STRESS AND UNCERTAINTY.  Our catchphrase is Stress Less - Breathe Easy. Our lessons this month are based on Matthew 6:26-27 and 1 Peter 5:7. Make sure read about Friendzy this month in our Echo!
